🎛️ Boschmann EQX-75PRO Equalizer

What is the Boschmann EQX-75PRO?

The Boschmann EQX-75PRO is a 7-band parametric graphic equalizer designed to fine-tune your sound system. It lets you adjust different frequency ranges to improve clarity, bass, and overall sound balance.

What does “7-band” mean?

It means you can control seven different frequency ranges:

  • 50 Hz – Deep bass
  • 125 Hz – Bass punch
  • 315 Hz – Lower mids
  • 750 Hz – Midrange clarity
  • 2.2 kHz – Upper mids
  • 6 kHz – Presence
  • 12 kHz – Treble/sparkle

Each band has a slider to boost or cut that frequency.

Where is it used?

  • Small PA systems
  • Home audio setups with RCA inputs/outputs

How do I connect it?

  1. Power connection: Use the included power connector. Connect to 12V DC (car battery or regulated power supply).
  2. Input: Connect your source (radio, CD player, Bluetooth receiver) to the RCA input.
  3. Output: Connect RCA output to your amplifier.
  4. Subwoofer out: Use the dedicated subwoofer output for deep bass control.
  5. Grounding: Ensure proper grounding to avoid noise or hum.

What controls does it have?

  • Gain: Adjusts overall signal strength.
  • Fader: Balances front and rear speakers.
  • Subwoofer level: Controls bass output.
  • Night illumination switch: Red/green backlight toggle.
  • Transparent top panel: Lets you see internal components.

What makes it special?

  • Low-pass crossover built-in for subwoofer control
  • 13V peak line driver for strong signal output
  • Compact half-DIN size fits easily in dashboards
  • Dual-color illumination for night visibility
  • Aluminum chassis with plexiglass top for durability and style

Tips for Best Use

  • Set EQ bands gradually — avoid extreme boosts.
  • Use subwoofer output for clean bass separation.
  • Match output levels to your amplifier’s input sensitivity.
  • Avoid clipping by keeping gain moderate.
